The item itself was a little unlike the description given, and I had originally written about it, how it is a bit big for anyone I know’s head, and the red streaks are a little pinkish/orangish in some lighting conditions. The guys from Customer Service asked me if I would like a partial refund because the item wasn’t up to what I had been expecting, and I haven’t found a company willing to do such a thing for a new customer of theirs in years. I was very impressed with their initiative to help me without me having to contact them first. These guys rock. Will definitely buy from them again.
